Strong to you might be doing a push up on your toes, running in a 10k event, bench pressing your body weight, reaching your toes with ease or maybe you aren’t sure what strong is to you right now. That’s what I’m here for, I will encourage and motivate you to find and reach your strong with group and 1 on 1 training sessions along with nutrition help, homework, fitness testing and progress assessments.
