I have just completed a 9-week challenge with Rhonda after doing regular training since last November. The challenge was great – very realistic goals set after a body composition scan, and Rhonda’s advice and encouragement was fantastic. She recommended sustainable changes that weren’t too drastic (and are able to be maintained long-term) yet still yielded great results. Group training sessions are heaps of fun and well suited to all fitness levels. Rhonda rocks!

Loving the small group sessions as it’s very personalised and allows Rhonda to concentrate on each person individually.
