I thought I’d put all the information in one spot that way it’s easier to find and access …

ONLINE TRAINING:
.
There are two options with the online training both I’m introducing at a super low rate without any minimum term if after a couple of weeks you realise it is not for you I will not be offended at all if you choose to stop please don’t feel obliged!
.
Option 1 – $9.50 per month
This is all done via the private facebook page I’ll post generic workouts they’ll be good workouts but generic total body type stuff I’ll be catering for people both in the gym and out, I’ll be running little challenges here and there, giving out nutrition information, doing question and answer sessions all that fun stuff. People who do my morning group fitness classes this could be a good option for you while you find a new group class to attend, you all know eachother now and can still meet up same days and times I know your limitations so can keep the workouts safe and I’m getting rid of my red matts so if you want them they are yours!

Option 2 – $22.50 per month
This is mostly done via the app trainerize or if you aren’t into apps email and I can post short videos to youtube if you aren’t sure of any exercises. This option has much more accountability and in the new year once I get more comfortable with the systems I have in place I will increase the price (it still won’t be more than $35 a month!). I will be treating this as though I am still there – you will ‘book in’ your sessions for the week and I will write programs accordingly, you’ll check in for your sessions (if you use trainerize it’ll do it automatically when you select ‘start workout’) if not you can send me a text/email/facebook message letting me know it’s done/about to happen. You’ll also get access to the above private facebook page (if you are on facebook) so you’ll have access to all of the above too.

CHOOSING ANOTHER TRAINER
If you are going down the road of choosing another trainer I am happy to help you with that at the end of the day I want you to be able to keep on with your workouts regardless of everything else, if you are keeping mobile you are setting yourself up for better more pain free life!
I’ve already spoken to a few of you about alternative trainers already and I’ll put a few of the YMCA trainers details below to reference. If you aren’t at the YMCA and have chosen another place to train I’m happy to chat to the new trainer to help them understand the things we’ve done and if there’s anything I watch or avoid to keep you safe.
YMCA members remember there is always the MX4 classes now too, they’re a really affordable way to get your training in! Buying a pack of 20 means it’s just $6 a class!!!

(side note- after many discussions pretty much everyone except me and Matt charges a minimum of $50 for 30minutes and minimum $70 for 45 minutes)

Jodie Flint – 0434375700
Jodie is a female only trainer she’s super lovely, I train Jodie and her style of training is very similar to mine. When you meet her she’s a bit quiet/shy but she warms up quickly and is fun.

Lisa Du Plessis – 0413273349
Lisa is new to the YMCA but not new to being a PT she’s really nice and has the same positive happy outlook on life as I do and likes a chat like I do haha. I don’t know a lot about her training style but I do know she’s been teaching some aqua classes and is training a client to do Everest base camp.

Matt Hart -0455585290
Matt is also new to the YMCA, he competes in spartan races and has a similar approach to training for mobility like I do. Matt is a really nice guy there’s no attitude no sales pitch and he’s happy to accommodate on his pricing for any of my clients who want to train with him it’ll still be more than what I charge but much closer to my prices than the other trainers.

Nuno Rocha – 0438029902
Nuno is awesome he’s been at the YMCA longer than all the other trainers so his books are fairly full, he looks after a lot of rehab type clients, small groups and only works until lunchtime. He does a bit more on nutrition than other trainers, he’s a big advocate for Keto lifestyles.

There are other trainers and they are all qualified and good at what they do feel free to contact any of the others if you have questions about them ask away or you can ask Mark at the gym he’s a trainer employed by the YMCA to help members he also does group fitness classes and runs the 10 week challenge, Mark is happy to answer any questions you might have about other trainers and is a great external source of information. 🙂

I’m really not ready to let go of this little training community we’ve built I’ve had so much fun the past 3 and a bit years most of you have been there for a large portion of it too so I’m very attached!! haha
Regardless of if you continue online training with me or not I’d love to stay in contact feel free to add me on social media (don’t judge me for the amount of dog pictures and wine James and I consume while he’s home though! hahaha) if social media isn’t your thing there’s always email..
Most of you I’ll see for one more week but if you’ve already left thank you for being a part of this journey with me, I could not have run this ‘business’ without each and every one of you and I can honestly say I enjoy training all of you – I’ve never loved a job more than this one and I’ve had plenty! (I say ‘business’ because it’s no secret I’m not very good at that side of things if only I could do this without the money component!!!)
